Shipping policy

Shipping to U.S

Free U.S. standard shipping is available on all orders.

Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days after the order is placed.

Expedited shipping takes 1-2 business days after the order is placed.

Orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate packages.

Lost or Stolen Packages 

Jointhera Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and cannot provide replacements or refunds for these orders. If you have not received your package or cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an incorrect or mistyped address is provided, Jointhera Inc. assumes no responsibility and cannot ship out replacement packages or refund these orders.

Returned to Sender

Orders may be returned for various reasons, such as an incorrect shipping address or multiple failed delivery attempts. If your order is Returned to Sender, we will charge an additional shipping fee to resend the package, or we can refund the order minus a $10 restocking fee. Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

International Shipping (outside of U.S)

At this time we do not ship internationally.
