Return Policy 

Returns

We’re happy to offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. To start a return, simply email us at hey@jointhera.com.

If a return is requested due to buyer’s remorse (for example, changing your mind or ordering the wrong item), a 15% restocking fee will apply. Returns due to defects, damage, or issues caused by us will not incur a restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift Cards
  • E-Books or Downloadable Products
  • Discounted or Sale Items

Our return window is 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Returned items may take up to 10 business days to be processed after receipt. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.  

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded, including Flash Sales and Site-Wide Sales. 

Damaged Items

We replace items if they arrive damaged or defective, provided the issue is reported within 30 days of the original purchase. Please email us at hey@jointhera.com if you encounter any issues with your product within this period. Claims made beyond 30 days will be considered wear and tear and cannot be replaced.
